Registration for the 2025 Sacramental Programme opens Monday 25 November.
(Registrations strictly closed on 28 February 2025)
If you would like your child to celebrate the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Confirmation and First Eucharist please review the programme dates below and click the button to register.
Please note that you are required to submit a copy of your child's baptism certificate.
Spaces are limited, so please register early to avoid disappointment.

Registrations will be based on meeting the following criteria:
- Your child must be baptised Catholic and 9 years old or in Year 5
- You are an active parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Parish or another parish
- You have a valid baptism certificate

It is compulsory to attend all the sessions of the Sacramental Programme.

If you are unable to commit to all dates, please ask about registering for the next programme.
Both you and your child are required to attend one lesson and Mass every week.
