We encourage our parishioners to volunteer for the various ministries an contribute to the life of our parish. There are many ministries you can serve in, such as: Altar Servers, Readers of the Word, Children’s Liturgy, Eucharist, and Music, as well as care of flowers, and the gardening.
Altar Server
Altar servers help the priest during Holy Mass and on some other special occasions. They have several supporting duties to carry out, such as carrying the processional cross and candles, holding the missal for the priest when he is not at the altar, presenting the bread, wine, and water to the priest during the preparation of the gifts, removing items from the altar during communion, and assisting the priest celebrant as necessary. Training is provided.
